Maui Sea School

Teaching children to trust the ocean, themselves, and the journey in between.

Meet the Instructor

Aloha, my name is Kaloa, and I created Maui Sea School to share my love of the water and help children understand that the ocean is an extension of home—a place where they can find comfort and joy.

As a swim instructor, I’ve seen firsthand how being in the water can transform children. Beyond strokes and floating, they learn their capacity to overcome fear, embody courage, and grow into who they are.

Through a gentle, intuitive approach, I guide each child at their own pace—helping them build trust, confidence, and a lasting relationship with the ocean.
